One of the pivotal initiatives undertaken by Pak-Turk Maarif is the Cambridge Professional Development (CPD) Training, which has played a vital role in enhancing the skills, confidence, and advanced professional learning of teachers. Building on the success of the previous year's CDP Training in 2022, the school once again organized a transformative CPD program in 2023, catering to the specific needs of speaking examiners, supervisors, and invigilators.
The CPD Training for Speaking Examiners was conducted in major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. A dedicated team of experienced professionals led the training sessions, providing 45 speaking examiners with comprehensive guidance and insights. The program is aimed to equip them with the necessary knowledge and techniques to effectively assess students' speaking skills, ensuring fair and accurate evaluations.
Additionally, Pak-Turk Maarif recognized the crucial role played by supervisors and invigilators in maintaining the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations. Hence, the CPD Training for Supervisors/Invigilators was conducted in ten prominent cities across Pakistan, where the school's 26 campuses are situated. With 104 supervisors and invigilators participating in the program, the training focused on imparting best practices, protocols, and effective management strategies to ensure a secure and conducive exam environment.
