Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools and Colleges is conducting online School Leaders Development Programme (SLDP-01) in collaboration with İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa from 18th May 2021. The purpose of SLDP is to meet the needs and expectations of modern-day education by bringing effective advancement in leadership and management and conducting new types of training frameworks for school leaders. This five-week programme under the supervision of Prof. Kenan Dikilitaş and Prof. B. Çağla Garipağaoğlu is going to help in creating successful future school leaders with inspiring “minds” and “roles”.
Consisting of the two courses, the 1st course will focus on self-evaluation and reflection on leadership practices, motivational theory, supervisory procedures, staff development, and organizational dynamics. 2nd course will emphasize the identification of relevant research to maintain the school vision, supervision, and observation to promote effective teaching and learning, and identifying technology for monitoring leadership, management, organizational, and staff development progress. At the end of this Programme, Participants will exhibit principalship by giving presentations and they will be rewarded with international certification.
