MAGIS – Take a shot at a bright future

Pak-Turk Maarif International is one of the superior educational foundations of the Turkish Government in Pakistan which operates under the umbrella of the Turkish Maarif Foundation. The main aim of our organization is to facilitate quality merit-based education and to promote literacy, especially for the underprivileged intelligent students of the country.

Maarife Giriş Sınavı (Maarif Entrance Exam) or MAGIS is the standardized and centralized entrance exam for Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools and Colleges that is conducted on the annual basis. Applications are now open for MAGIS 2022/1. MAGIS maintains exclusive criteria, only a finite number of seats are offered to select the most deserving bright and brainy students all over Pakistan. MAGIS is conducted for Grade 6 and Grade 9 only. Based on the performance of students in this assessment, short-listed candidates are called for interviews, and offered merit-based scholarships. These scholarships are offered in every 27 campuses of Pak-Turk Maarif across Pakistan.

Many successful candidates are offered scholarships every year. With each passing year, the number of scholarship holders is increasing. After the declaration of the test results of MAGIS 2021/1, around 6025 percentage of scholarships were distributed among 125 students for grade 6 based on their interviews with the administrative panel. Similarly, successful applicants for admission in grade 9 were also further assessed in an interview and 7175 percentage of scholarships were distributed among 161 brilliant deserving minds.

MAGIS 2022/1 will be conducted on 27th February 2022. This galore educational event will be conducted with standard COVID SOPs as per the government of Pakistan’s rules. Like every year, we are hopeful that this assessment will be an immense triumph and will also serve as an outreach program that will determine the candidate’s eligibility for a Merit-based scholarship or a placement in the Maarif Hostels. The deadline for applications is February 17th, 2022.
