İstiklal Marşı is the national anthem of Turkey. It was officially adopted on 12th March 1921. It is written by Mehmet Âkif Ersoy, and composed by Osman Zeki Üngör. This anthem holds a special place in the hearts of the Turkish people as it was written after the great struggle and heroism of this nation.

Turkish anthem was finalized after extreme hard work from poets, musicians, and composers. The government of Turkey organizes the competition for the selection of anthem. Around 724 poems were submitted from every corner of Turkey. This anthem comprises 10 stanzas. The first two quatrains of this anthem are normally sung at events, important days, and in schools.

Yunus Emre Koç truly appreciated Pakistani brothers for their extreme love and support in times of hardship. Turkish anthem gives everlasting hope to their people that their land only belongs to them. It is the effort of sacrifices made by their forefathers.

Celebrations like these increase the love and brotherhood among Nations. Pakistan and Turkey have always been great supporters of each other.  May the brotherhood between these nations grew stronger with time.
