Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools and Colleges initiated the CPD - Cambridge Professional Development 2022 program to assist teachers to prepare for a lifespan of accomplishment in the classroom. Good quality professional development and reflective practice are fundamental portions of a teacher’s professional life that leads to enhanced outcomes for the learners.
CPD - Cambridge Professional Development 2022 concentrated on innovative teaching catering to inclusion and diversity. Highly educated and well-trained educationists, Mr. Abubakar Ahmed and Mr. Umair Shahid Qureshi guided the 70 participants concerning the foundations of education, enhancing the classroom practice and bridging the gaps between the teachers and the latest trends in education. The duration of this course was 3 days and 18 hours.
Special attention was given to psychology and classroom management strategies. The focus of CPD was to implement essential tools to ensure practical, relevant, and comprehensive assignments, syllabus, curriculum design, and quality resource development. Modal lesson demonstrations of subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Biology, English, Urdu, Islamiyat, Pakistan Studies, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies and Computer Science provide dedicated training and advanced professional learning opportunity for subject teachers.
